If you are in the Fresno/Clovis area we offer free local deliveries ( with a $30.00 minimum order.)We will strive to deliver all local orders (placed before 12 P.M.) the same afternoon. This service is not available online. Please call us for this option.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

What is your return policy?

You have 30 days from the date you purchased an item to return it for a refund or exchange.

Do I need a receipt?

Yes, if you want a cash refund or exchange you must have the receipt for the item you are returning. If you do not have a receipt we will gladly exchange the item as long as it is new and in its original packaging.

I paid by credit card. Can I get a cash refund?

No. If you have paid by a credit card, we will refund the credit card you used for the purchase.

I paid by check. Can I get a cash refund? Although Clovis Janitorial Supply no longer accepts personal checks. You can get a cash refund if the amount is under $100.00. If the amount is over $100 Clovis Janitorial Supply will issue you a refund check after your payment has been funded to our bank.

What if the item I am returning is damaged?

In most cases if the damage is a manufacturer defect we will replace or repair the item. Certain equipment is covered under a manufacturer's warrantee and will be repaired under that warrantee. Clovis Janitorial Supply will not replace products that have been damaged by the consumer.

I purchased a piece of equipment and used it but now I want to return it.

On large equipment returns you have 15 days to return it. If the item has been used, a rental fee of $30.00 per day will be deducted from the total refund.

I special ordered an item you donít stock. Can I return it?

Yes. But a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
